As such, our company offers a variety ofDesign-Build and General Contractor Consulting Services through our companyConstructive Consultants. In addition, we also provide Expert Witness Consulting through our affiliate Advise andConsult, Inc. In some instances, Beaudin Construction performs General Contracting Restoration Services to repair structures damaged by various perils such as fire, water or mold. We also restore buildings falling victim to construction defects.

Pre-Construction Consulting

Depending on the project specific needs, Pre-Construction Services are generally performed in Design-Build scenarios ideally commencing even before the design team is selected. We are often involved in engaging design professionals befitting of the project needs. Upon conceptual design, we generally provide an initial construction budget from which we value engineer and fine tune the design to fit the target budget and ensure a smooth build out. We also engage and place key design-build subcontractors and system designers early on to promote the overall conglomeration of the design.

Expert Witness

The name Beaudin has become a trusted household resource for several of Portland’s prominent construction industry law firms. Expert work is performed as an unbiased consultant for one party involved in a construction dispute or legal action. This service often includes a forensic investigation, documentation and report of findings, providing expert testimony, and sometimes providing estimates of repairs or damages. Expert Services are generally performed on a retainer and hourly rate basis.
