Caleb Beaudin

Caleb Beaudin, President

Caleb founded Beaudin Design and Construction in the early2000’s while building houses during college. The company has since grown tremendously and now operates in multiple states completing tens of millions of dollars of construction each year.  Caleb has managed over 1000 unique projects totaling over $200M.  Caleb currently oversees office operations, pre-construction consulting, estimating, contracts, client relations and business development. Caleb has been involved in many different types of construction, including commercial, industrial, residential and multifamily.  At one point he managed three offices for a property damage restoration company and performed expert witness consulting services for construction dispute cases being litigated.  Caleb majored in Physics at the University ofMontana where he also studied engineering. Caleb has designed some of his own projects and uses that expertise to assist clients and architects during their development and pre-construction phases in achieving smart, functional and beautiful buildings.  Caleb co-founded a sustainable building oriented non-profit and has built a number of ‘green’ projects, from affordable multifamily complexes to high end contemporary and sustainable homes.  Caleb holds a patent on a high efficiency structural building panel system, which is under further development for release to market.  When not working,Caleb enjoys his family, ocean fishing, travel, scuba, music and the great outdoors.

Corey Williamson, Estimator and Project Manager

Corey is the company’s Operation Manager. His responsibilities include staffing, oversight of the project managers, and training junior project managers. Corey also assists with pre-construction efforts, budgeting, and bidding. Corey began entering the construction industry a house framer on summer vacations while attending University. He quickly moved into purchasing residential properties during college, rehabbing them and either renting them or selling them. Corey has been a General Contractor building commercial and residential projects primarily in an operations management role for 22 years. Corey has managed hundreds of commercial and residential construction projects during his career and has overseen the project management and production staff along the way. Corey earned his degree in Business Management, which has been a tremendous asset for his operations role. Corey enjoys time with his family and dog Buster, golf, hiking, fishing, traveling the PNW in his camper van, surfing, snowboarding and playing ping pong. You will often find Corey in wine country on the weekends.
Jim Koh

James Koh, Senior Project Manager

James started with Beaudin Construction one month after the company was formed.  He is the company’s first employee and has become an irreplaceable asset for our company.  James has been managing construction projects for several decades and has a wide range of project experience.  At Beaudin Construction, James oversees the larger more complex projects from start to finish, managing construction and working directly with our client partners and design professionals.  James keeps close tabs on project budgets and schedules.  He works closely with site superintendents during the course of construction to ensure a smooth fulfillment of each project.  James also works on pre-construction estimates. James came up through the field ranks starting out as a framer and then advancing through the progression of lead foreman, general contractor and a land developer. James also worked in the restoration industry as an estimator.  James commercial projects include new construction multifamily, commercial and office tenant improvement, seismic upgrades and creative office facilities.  When not working, James enjoys time with his family, golf, hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors.
Dan Gronsdahl
Dan Gronsdahl, General Superintendent
Dan started with Beaudin shortly after the company formed as our first Superintendent. Once the company grew to the size of needing a General Superintendent,Dan was a shoe in for the role.  AsGeneral Super, Dan oversees the other Superintendents and is responsible for Beaudin’s field operations.  Dan is also the company’s Safety Officer. Dan provides technical training in the field and has pushed for field employees to engage with the various software tools utilized at Beaudin.  Dan was brought up in a family of hands on hard working men that were taught to fix and build for themselves.  Dan’s first big undertaking was building his parents’ home back in 1999’ with his brothers and father.Since then, Dan worked his way up through the ranks as a carpentry,Superintendent and now the General Superintendent role.   At one point in Dan’s career, he was in charge of field operations for 30 unique projects at a time.  In his free time he enjoys camping with his family, kayaking, working on projects with his father or brothers, and traveling.
